What payment methods are accepted?

Embroidery digitizing
Which embroidery file formats do you deliver?
DST, PES, EMB, EXP, JEF, HUS and VP3, plus a PNG/PDF preview. If your machine needs another format, tell us in the order notes.
What size should I specify for my design?
Enter the exact finished width and height you plan to sew. Stitch density and underlay are tuned to that size.

How do I place an order?
Create a free account, click Place Order, upload your artwork, choose the service, size and turnaround and submit. You can also request a quote first.
How will I receive my files?
Finished files appear in your dashboard. Once the order is paid you can download them any time.
Can I talk to the digitizer about my design?
Yes. Every order has a built-in chat so you can share notes, references and feedback.
Patches
What patch types can you make?
Embroidered, PVC / rubber, leather and woven patches. Request a quote with your size and quantity.
Vector art
Which vector formats do you deliver?
AI, EPS, SVG and PDF. Choose the format on the order form.
