Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of the I Love Digitizing website and your orders for embroidery digitizing, vector art, custom patches and ready-made designs. By creating an account, placing an order or using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are and what we offer

I Love Digitizing ("we", "us") provides:

  • Embroidery digitizing: converting your artwork into machine-ready stitch files.

  • Vector art: redrawing artwork as clean, scalable vector files.

  • Custom patches: embroidered, PVC, leather and woven patches made to your design.

  • Ready-made designs: embroidery designs sold in our Etsy shop and shown on this website.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 18, or be acting for a business.

3. Quotes, orders and pricing

  • You can order directly or ask for a quote first. A quote is an estimate based on the artwork you sent. We may revise it if the artwork, size or requirements change.

  • An order starts when we accept it and, where payment is required first, when payment is received.

  • Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude any taxes or fees your payment provider or local law may add.

  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the artwork cannot be used, the request is unclear, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you will be refunded in full.

4. Turnaround times

Our standard turnaround is 5 to 12 hours and our urgent turnaround is 1 to 3 hours, counted from when we have everything we need to start. These are targets, not guarantees. Complex artwork, large quantities, unclear files, public holidays and our working hours can make an order take longer. Custom patches are quoted individually, including production and delivery time.

5. Your artwork and your responsibilities

You confirm that you own the artwork you send us, or have permission to use it, and that using it will not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights. You are responsible for any claim arising from artwork you supply. We may refuse work that appears to infringe rights, is unlawful, or is hateful or abusive.

Please send the best quality artwork you have and tell us the final size, fabric and machine format you need. Results depend on the information you give.

6. Proofs, approval and delivery

For custom work we show you a preview. Check it carefully for spelling, colours, size and placement, and ask for changes if needed. Final files are made available in your account dashboard and unlock once the order is paid. Once you approve a proof or download the files, you accept the work, subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Payment

Pay by card or PayPal where offered at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may withhold or withdraw the files until it is settled. Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback so we can fix any problem quickly.

8. Revisions, refunds and cancellations

Revisions, refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Ownership and how you may use the files

  • Custom work. When your order is paid in full, you may use the delivered files for your own business and projects, including unlimited stitch-outs and production. You keep ownership of your original artwork and logos.

  • No resale of files. You may not sell, share or give away the digitized or vector files themselves, or offer them as designs or stock files, without our written permission.

  • Our work. We keep our know-how, tools and methods. We may keep copies of files to support you, but we will not publish or show your artwork without permission.

10. Ready-made designs from our Etsy shop

Our shop page shows designs from our Etsy store. When you press "Buy on Etsy" you are buying from Etsy, and Etsy's terms, payment process and buyer protections apply to the purchase. Designs are digital downloads. You may use them to make finished items such as garments, caps and gifts, including items you sell, but you may not copy, share, resell, redistribute or upload the design files themselves. Product photos may show finished samples; colours can vary between thread brands, fabric and screens.

11. Test before you produce in bulk

Stitch results depend on your machine, thread, needles, stabilizer, fabric and settings, which we cannot control. Always do a test sew-out before running a large order. Reasonable test results help us help you if something needs adjusting.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including trying to break or probe its security, scraping it in bulk, uploading viruses or unlawful content, abusing our team in chat, or using the website to infringe anyone's rights. We may block access, including by IP address, to protect the website and our team.

13. Website content and third parties

The website, our logo, text and designs are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names such as Etsy are the property of their owners, and we are not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for them.

14. Disclaimers

We take care with every order, but the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free, or that files will suit a particular machine, fabric or purpose beyond what we agreed in your order.

15. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, lost business, or wasted materials such as garments, thread or blanks. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

16. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims, losses and costs arising from artwork you supplied or from your breach of these terms.

17. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

19. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, payment, liability and governing law) continue after an account is closed.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW: STATE OR COUNTRY], and the courts of that place have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
